Day 5 - 139.1 This has to stop

Start Weight 141.1
Today's Weight 139.1

Shake Day
Breakfast - Shake - Ionix - Nat Acc
Snack - None
Lunch - Shake - Nat Acc
Snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese - 1 handful of peanuts
Dinner - at 8:30 pm - pulled pork sandwich, 1 cup pasta salad, lemonade & small scoop of ice cream

AGAIN - late dinner equals weight gain. I am having Sunday dinner Sunday so we only know what that will mean.......YIKES. Next week is no holds barred. Exercise is a must and I will be posting my new secret mantra tomorrow. This is over!!! This WILL stop. Here is the plan:

We know my post for Monday will probably be 139.1 because I will be exercising before I weigh. Here is how I plan my postings to go from here on out:

My goal weight was set to 127 but I am getting to 120. This way, I can gain 7 lbs from Xmas to New Years and start Jan 1 at my goal weight for the contest! I have a new vision on life. Monday is a new day and the beginningof the rest of my life.
