Here is the overview:
Saturday was a shake day but I made the mistake of not eating enough for lunch so I was hungry and snacked until dinner and then had an AWFUL salad at Crown Burger.
Sunday was a shake day and I wasn't even willing to get on the scale until Monday because of Saturday's eating. For lunch I had something small but then remembered that I was going to be having Sunday dinner with homemade rolls - pumpkin cake...... NOT GOOD.
Monday I weighed 138 after going swimming in the morning with Kammie. I decided I had again had enough so I did all shakes - no meals all day.
Tuesday I weighed 135.6 and did the cleanse juice all day with some apple slices, almonds and lots of water.
This morning I weighed 133.6 which is LOWER than I got in my family's contest. I ended the contest at 134.4!!! YEAH for me!
