Day 24 - 136.3 lbs
I am back to reposting. I am not allowed to go out of town anymore because I gain weight!!! I did a straight shake day on Monday and then cleansed yesterday so I am back to 136.3. I never lost focus, I was just in situations out of my control.
I did swim yesterday morning, did 50 sit ups and 20 push ups!

Day 15 - 133.6 LBS!!!!!!
Here is the overview:
Saturday was a shake day but I made the mistake of not eating enough for lunch so I was hungry and snacked until dinner and then had an AWFUL salad at Crown Burger.
Sunday was a shake day and I wasn't even willing to get on the scale until Monday because of Saturday's eating. For lunch I had something small but then remembered that I was going to be having Sunday dinner with homemade rolls - pumpkin cake...... NOT GOOD.
Monday I weighed 138 after going swimming in the morning with Kammie. I decided I had again had enough so I did all shakes - no meals all day.
Tuesday I weighed 135.6 and did the cleanse juice all day with some apple slices, almonds and lots of water.
This morning I weighed 133.6 which is LOWER than I got in my family's contest. I ended the contest at 134.4!!! YEAH for me!

I decided that to make up for my 2 meal day on Tuesday, that I would do all shakes.
Breakfast - Shake - Ionix - Nat Accel -
Snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch - Shake - Nat Accelerator
Snack 1/2 cup cottage cheese & handful of peanuts
Dinner - Shake
10:00 pm - a few handfuls of granola
Exercise - swam 1 hour!!!

Day 8 - 138.5 - out of my control....

Here's the story before I post my food.....I am TOTALLY focused and today sucked! I did started great and then did my lunch. Then, we did family pictures at Layton park until 6:30 and then the entire family decided to go to Olive Garden. I had decided if I had gotten down to a size 4 jean, that I would treat myself to Olive Garden but I never got around to going. Plus, since I didn't plan to go out to dinner and didn't bring a shake, I had to eat dinner too. I figure that I didn't gain too much for what I ate....a few too many breadsticks......
Breakfast - Shake - Ionix - Nat Acc
Lunch - Pulled Pork Sandwich - pasta salad
Dinner - Breadsticks (plural), salad, italian cream soda, eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and 2 mints
Bedtime - 2 IsaFlush
No exercise - I did get up at 5:15 am and went to Kammie's but she set her alarm wrong so she was not up......I drove home and went back to bed!!!
Cleansing tomorrow - then I am going to do all shakes on Thursday to make up for the 2 meals.
