Day 24 - 136.3 lbs
I am back to reposting. I am not allowed to go out of town anymore because I gain weight!!! I did a straight shake day on Monday and then cleansed yesterday so I am back to 136.3. I never lost focus, I was just in situations out of my control.
I did swim yesterday morning, did 50 sit ups and 20 push ups!

Day 15 - 133.6 LBS!!!!!!
Here is the overview:
Saturday was a shake day but I made the mistake of not eating enough for lunch so I was hungry and snacked until dinner and then had an AWFUL salad at Crown Burger.
Sunday was a shake day and I wasn't even willing to get on the scale until Monday because of Saturday's eating. For lunch I had something small but then remembered that I was going to be having Sunday dinner with homemade rolls - pumpkin cake...... NOT GOOD.
Monday I weighed 138 after going swimming in the morning with Kammie. I decided I had again had enough so I did all shakes - no meals all day.
Tuesday I weighed 135.6 and did the cleanse juice all day with some apple slices, almonds and lots of water.
This morning I weighed 133.6 which is LOWER than I got in my family's contest. I ended the contest at 134.4!!! YEAH for me!

Here's the story before I post my food.....I am TOTALLY focused and today sucked! I did started great and then did my lunch. Then, we did family pictures at Layton park until 6:30 and then the entire family decided to go to Olive Garden. I had decided if I had gotten down to a size 4 jean, that I would treat myself to Olive Garden but I never got around to going. Plus, since I didn't plan to go out to dinner and didn't bring a shake, I had to eat dinner too. I figure that I didn't gain too much for what I ate....a few too many breadsticks......
Breakfast - Shake - Ionix - Nat Acc
Lunch - Pulled Pork Sandwich - pasta salad
Dinner - Breadsticks (plural), salad, italian cream soda, eggplant parmesan, spaghetti and 2 mints
Bedtime - 2 IsaFlush
No exercise - I did get up at 5:15 am and went to Kammie's but she set her alarm wrong so she was not up......I drove home and went back to bed!!!
Cleansing tomorrow - then I am going to do all shakes on Thursday to make up for the 2 meals.

Here is the testament to my advice to everyone - ONLY EAT DINNER AS YOUR MEAL IF NECESSARY BECAUSE YOU WILL GAIN THE NEXT MORNING! I keep telling everyone that if you eat your meal at lunch, your body has the time to work it off. If you eat your meal at dinner, you only have 3-4 hour max for your body to work it off. TRY, TRY, TRY to eat your meals at lunch. You will have much more success. Good luck to the scale for me tomorrow! I am trying to decide if I do a straight shake day today - Saturday!
Exercise - Ran for 10 minutes walked for 10 - did the Jog-A-Thon at my daughter's elementary school!

I am nervous about tomorrow because it is my inlaws 40th anniversary dinner at the Lion House and even though I am going to be doing a shake for breakfast and lunch, I know I will be up tomorrow morning. SCARY!

Again....no exercise. My alarm did not go off to go swimming but diligent Kammie went on her own - she pulled up to my house at 5:15 am, the house was dark and she still went to the pool! AWESOME KAMMIE! My baby has been teething and slept through the night that night and so when my alarm didn't go off, I woke up around 5:45 am realizing I missed the alarm but that because I hadn't woken up all night, I hadn't moved therefore, pinched 2 nerves in my neck/upper back. Went to the chiropractor and he worked it out but it still hurts BAD! Hopefully swimming tomorrow morning will loosen it up. I am going to do sit ups, side bends, push ups and some chair sits today for my exercise.
